In horticulture and floriculture, plants are predominantly propagated vegetatively from stem cuttings. Consequently, the success of propagation depends on a plant’s capacity to form adventitious roots (AR) at basal part cutting, AR formation interaction between flavonoids plant hormones in part. ornamental plants, flavonoid accumulation is important for flower color can interact with hormone activity. this study, we used an aeroponic system culture two Campanula portenschlagiana genotypes contrasting estimate cultivar differences formation, concentrations, composition. We found greater flavonols flavones petals blue-flowered genotype than white-flowered genotype. The also accumulated more cuttings showed better formation. blue-colored was related auxin lower ABA conclusion, higher levels may action affect excision-induced during vegetative Campanula.
